I had the wonderful opportunity this week to guest blog as Lady Perth for Mystery Case, & have posted it on today's blog as well as at http://www.msmysterycase.com/
No Ordinary Day
Lazy
day Sundays – what are they? I thought the older I got and the older my kids
became, the quieter & easier my life would be.
Manic
Monday had nothing on Social Sunday. Church,
a luncheon, a celebration of
Frocktober Afternoon Tea, 25th birthday
in the Swan Valley, all the while trying to find time to celebrate my 23rd
wedding anniversary on a wintery day that seemed more like Melbourne than
Perth!
I left the house at 8.30am and returned at 9pm. There was socializing with
fabulous people, meeting & making new friends, drinking sparkling wine, eating
delicious delectable food, receiving & wining gorgeous gifts & prizes, trying
on amazing designer clothing, and somewhere in there, albeit brief, celebrating
with the love of my life.
I can honestly say, the older I get the more exciting my life becomes, and Sunday
was nothing short of wonderful fabulous Fashionista fun!
